Guided Exploration Blueprint


Starting on March 7, 2016, we will be engaging in a ten-week exploration of selected topics about body listening. Each week, we will focus on a different aspect of body listening. Each day, there will be a new topic for you to contribute your insights and experience. The Guided Exploration will occur in the ThinkSpace.

The Body Listening Project is open to everyone. Whether you feel you are in tune with your body, not in tune with your body, or just interested in learning more, this project is for you.

About contributing:

  • You can join at any time.
  • You don’t need to participate in every activity.
  • You can make up for lost time.  If you start in Week 4, you can go back and contribute to Week 1.  And if you skip a couple of weeks, it's okay.

Participate as little or as much as you are able. But every activity will be richer with the addition of your voice.
